We operate the website Navislane.com (the “Site”), along with any related applications, platforms, products, and services that refer to or incorporate these legal terms (collectively, the “Services”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you,” “your,” “Customer”), and Espranza Innovations Pvt. Ltd., governing your access to and use of the Services. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

- We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or billing, even after payment is received.

14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Espranza Innovations Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Espranza Innovations Pvt. Ltd., its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
16. Miscellaneous
- These Terms and incorporated policies (Privacy, Shipping, Cancellation & Refund) form the entire agreement.
- If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
- No waiver of rights is effective unless in writing.
